    • 🍗 2 chicken breasts
    • 🧂 Pinch of salt
    • Pinch of pepper
    • 🌾 1/4 cup flour
    • 1 tbsp olive oil
    • 🧈 2 tbsp butter
    • 1.5 cups chicken stock
    • 3/4 cup heavy cream
    • 🍋 3-4 tbsp lemon juice
    • 🌿 1 sprig parsley

Slice the chicken breasts and marinate them with salt, pepper, and olive oil for 30 minutes in the refrigerator.

Heat 1 tbsp olive oil and 2 tbsp butter in a pan until melted.

Prepare the sauce by adding chicken stock and heavy cream to the same pan. Bring to a simmer.

Add lemon juice to the sauce and season with salt and pepper. Simmer for a few minutes.
