    • 500g radish
    • 1/2 stalk green onion
  • Seasoning

    • 5 tbsp chili powder
    • 🍬 4 tbsp sugar
    • 3 tbsp vinegar
    • 2 tbsp soy sauce
    • 1 tbsp fish sauce
    • 🧂 0.5 tbsp salt

Wash the radish thoroughly and slice it into round pieces of medium thickness.

Julienne the radish slices into thin strips using a knife.

Mix the radish strips with 4 tbsp sugar and 0.5 tbsp salt.

Add 5 tbsp chili powder to the radish and mix until the radish turns red and absorbs the liquid.

Add 3 tbsp vinegar, 2 tbsp soy sauce, and 1 tbsp fish sauce, then mix thoroughly.

Add 1/2 stalk of chopped green onion and mix well to complete the dish.
