ZUTATEN

  • Main Ingredients

    • 🍚 500g garaetteok (rice cakes)
    • 3 sheets fish cake
    • 🧅 1 stalk green onion
  • Sauce Ingredients

    • 💧 4 cups water
    • 4 tbsp gochujang (red chili paste)
    • 2 tbsp soy sauce
    • 🍬 2 tbsp sugar
    • 3 tbsp red pepper flakes
    • 2 tbsp corn syrup
    • 🧄 1/2 tbsp minced garlic

SCHRITTE

Cut the green onion lengthwise and into 10cm pieces.

Cut fish cakes into 3x5cm pieces.

Blanch the garaetteok briefly in boiling water.

Add all sauce ingredients into a pan and bring to a boil.

Add garaetteok and fish cakes to the pan and simmer until the sauce thickens.

Add green onions and simmer briefly before serving.
