    • 200g of fresh chives, chopped
    • 🥕 1 small carrot, julienned
  • Seasonings

    • 2 tbsp soy sauce
    • 1 tbsp sesame oil
    • 1 tbsp vinegar
    • 1 tsp sugar
    • 🧄 1 clove garlic, minced
    • 1 tsp red pepper flakes
    • 1 tsp sesame seeds

Wash and chop the chives into 2-inch pieces. Julienne the carrot.

In a mixing bowl, combine soy sauce, sesame oil, vinegar, sugar, minced garlic, and red pepper flakes.
