- 300g chives
- 🧅 1/2 onion, sliced

- 6 tbsp soy sauce
- 4 tbsp chili powder
- 🧂 2 tbsp sugar
- 2 tbsp vinegar
- 2 tbsp perilla oil
- 🧄 1/2 tbsp minced garlic
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds
SCHRITTE
Slice the onion thinly and soak in cold water to remove bitterness. If unavailable, you can skip this step.
Wash the chives thoroughly and cut them into finger-length pieces.
Prepare the seasoning by mixing soy sauce, chili powder, sugar, vinegar, perilla oil, minced garlic, and sesame seeds.
Mix the chives with the prepared seasoning by gently massaging them together.
Drain the onion slices and add them to the chive mixture. Toss everything together.
