 - 🥒 1/2 cucumber, julienned
 - 1 cup shredded lettuce

- 1 can chicken breast

Sauce
- 4cm radish, grated
 - 🧅 1/3 onion, grated
 - 🥝 1 kiwi, pureed
 - 1/2 cup vinegar
 - 🍬 1/2 cup sugar
 - 4 tbsp chili powder
 - 4 tbsp sesame oil
 - 3 tbsp anchovy sauce
 - 🧄 2 tbsp minced garlic
 - 2 tbsp sesame seeds
 - 1 tbsp mustard
 - 2 tbsp gochujang
 - 1 tsp ginger juice
 
SCHRITTE
Mix all sauce ingredients together, grating radish, onion, and kiwi.
Prepare canned chicken breast by draining and setting aside.
Prepare toppings: slice tomato, julienne cucumber, shred lettuce, and boil eggs.
Cook buckwheat noodles and rinse quickly in cold water.
Arrange noodles, toppings, and sauce on a large plate.
