Main Ingredients
- 200g somen noodles
- 1/8 head napa cabbage kimchi
- 🥒 1 small cucumber
Seasonings
- 1 tbsp gochujang
- 🧂 1/2 tbsp sugar
- 3 tbsp plum extract
- 2 tbsp vinegar
- 🧂 1 tsp salt
Toppings
- 🧅 1/3 stalk green onion
- a pinch of seaweed flakes
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
SCHRITTE
Prepare all the ingredients by slicing the kimchi, cucumber, and green onion into thin strips.
In a bowl, mix gochujang, sugar, plum extract, vinegar, salt, and 3 tbsp of kimchi juice to create the sauce.
Boil water in a pot, add 1 tbsp of cooking oil, and cook the somen noodles until tender.
Drain and rinse the noodles under cold water several times to cool and remove excess starch.
Combine the noodles with the prepared sauce and mix gently.
Plate the noodles and garnish with sliced cucumber, green onion, seaweed flakes, sesame seeds, and a drizzle of sesame oil.
