- 🧅 1/2 onion
- 🥚 2 eggs
- 🧅 1/2 cup chopped green onion
- 🍚 1.5 cups cooked rice
- A small amount of vegetable oil
Seasoning
- 9 tbsp water
- 3 tbsp mirin

SCHRITTE
Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan and fry the pork cutlet until golden brown.
Mix the seasoning: combine water, mirin, soy sauce, and sugar in a bowl.
Slice the onion and green onion thinly. Prepare 2 eggs by beating them in a bowl.
Remove excess oil from the fried pork cutlet using paper towels and cut it into bite-sized pieces.
In a wide pan, add the seasoning mixture, onion, and green onion. Simmer until the onion softens slightly.
Place the cut pork cutlet on top of the simmering mixture.
Pour the beaten eggs around the edges of the pork cutlet in the pan.
Turn off the heat and let the residual heat finish cooking the eggs.
Serve the pork cutlet mixture over cooked rice.
