- Vegetables - 100g island shallots
- 🥒 1 cucumber
 
- Seafood - 🐙 120g boiled octopus
 
- Dressing - 2 tbsp ponzu sauce
- 1/2 tsp sesame oil
- 1/2 tsp white sesame seeds
 
SCHRITTE
Peel the island shallots by rubbing them in water, remove the roots and stems, and slice them diagonally. Soak in water for 10 minutes and drain.
Cut the cucumber diagonally into bite-sized pieces. Slice the boiled octopus diagonally into bite-sized pieces as well.
Mix the dressing ingredients in a bowl, then add the island shallots, cucumber, and octopus. Toss well to combine.
