- 10g agar powder
- 500g red bean paste
- 💧 300g water
- 🧂 30g sugar
- 🍯 3 tbsp honey
SCHRITTE
Dissolve agar powder in water and let it soak for 15 minutes.
Boil the soaked agar water mixture.
Add sugar and stir until fully dissolved.
Mix in the red bean paste until well combined.
Add honey once the mixture is smooth.
Turn off the heat when bubbles appear and pour the mixture into jelly molds.
Chill in the freezer for about 1 hour until set.
