- 6 vienna sausages, finely chopped
- 🍚 1 bowl of cooked rice
- 🥚 1 egg
- 7g seaweed flakes
Seasonings
- 1/2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp sesame salt
- 🧂 1 pinch of salt
- A dash of pepper
- 1 tbsp cooking oil
SCHRITTE
Finely chop the vienna sausages.
Crack the egg into a bowl and add a pinch of salt and pepper.
Whisk the egg thoroughly.
Heat cooking oil in a pan.
Pour the egg mixture into the pan.
Cook the egg on low heat while stirring quickly to make scrambled eggs.
Add the chopped sausages to the pan and sprinkle with pepper.
Remove excess oil from the cooked ingredients using a paper towel.
In a mixing bowl, combine the sausages, scrambled eggs, sesame salt, and mayonnaise.
Add the cooked rice and seaweed flakes to the bowl and mix well.
Shape the mixture into bite-sized balls and place them on a plate.
