SCHRITTE
Cut the chicken thigh into bite-sized pieces, sprinkle with sake, and season both sides with salt and pepper. Let it sit for 3 minutes.
Cut the king oyster mushrooms into bite-sized pieces. Slice the garlic thinly and chop the parsley.
Heat olive oil and garlic in a frying pan over low heat until fragrant. Add the chicken and stir-fry over medium heat until browned.
Flip the chicken, add the mushrooms, and stir-fry until softened. Season with salt and pepper, then add parsley and the cooked garlic. Stir briefly and serve.
