- 30g garlic scapes, chopped
- 20g red bell pepper, chopped

- 🍚 1 cup cooked rice
- 🥚 1 egg
- 1/2 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1/2 tbsp sesame seeds
- 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
- 2 tbsp cooking oil
SCHRITTE
Prepare ingredients: chop garlic scapes and red bell pepper.
Heat 2 tbsp cooking oil in a pan and sauté garlic scapes until fragrant.
Add chopped red bell pepper to the pan and stir-fry until softened.
Add 1 cup of cooked rice and stir-fry until the rice is evenly mixed and heated.
Push the rice mixture to one side of the pan and scramble 1 egg on the other side.
Mix the scrambled egg into the rice and vegetables.
Season with 1/2 tbsp oyster sauce and mix well.
Add 1/2 tbsp sesame seeds and 1/2 tbsp sesame oil, then mix evenly.
Transfer the fried rice to a plate and shape it for presentation.
