- 🧄 2 tbsp minced garlic
- 3 tbsp oligosaccharide syrup
- 3 tbsp cooking oil
- 400g tteokbokki rice cakes
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
SCHRITTE
Mix 2 tbsp minced garlic and 3 tbsp oligosaccharide syrup in a bowl until well combined.
Heat a pan with 3 tbsp cooking oil and add 400g tteokbokki rice cakes after draining excess water.
Once the rice cakes become soft, add 2 tbsp soy sauce and stir well.
Pour the prepared garlic and syrup mixture into the pan.
Continue stirring gently until the rice cakes are evenly coated and cooked through.
