- 2 tbsp cooking oil
Seasoning

- 🍬 2 tbsp sugar
- 4 tbsp soy sauce
SCHRITTE
Wash the chicken thighs thoroughly and flatten them. Marinate both sides with minced garlic.
Prepare the seasoning by boiling mirin, sugar, and soy sauce in a pot until it comes to a boil.
Coat the marinated chicken with flour and pan-fry in a heated pan with cooking oil until golden brown.
Pour the prepared seasoning over the chicken and simmer until it becomes glossy.
Plate the chicken in the center of a dish and garnish with lettuce, perilla leaves, or other vegetables around the edges.
