- 🧄 20 cloves garlic
- 🍗 2 pieces chicken breast
- 2 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 🍬 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 2 tbsp rice oil
- Pinch of black pepper
- 🧂 Pinch of salt
- 🌰 Pinch of sesame seeds
SCHRITTE
Thaw the chicken breast naturally and rinse it with water.
Wash the garlic thoroughly under running water and trim the ends.
Slice the garlic thinly into even pieces.
Cut the chicken breast into bite-sized pieces.
Heat rice oil in a pan and sauté the garlic until lightly browned.
Remove the garlic from the pan and set it aside.
Add more rice oil to the pan and stir-fry the chicken until it turns white and is cooked through.
Return the garlic to the pan and stir-fry together with the chicken.
Season with black pepper and a pinch of salt.
Add soy sauce, oyster sauce, and chili powder, then stir-fry while reducing the sauce.
Plate the dish and sprinkle sesame seeds on top.
