Braising Ingredients
- 3 tbsp corn syrup
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
SCHRITTE
Cut the garlic cloves in half and rinse them in cold water to remove starch.
Heat the cooking oil in a pan and fry the garlic until golden brown.
Add the braising ingredients to a pan and bring to a boil. Then add the fried garlic.
Simmer until glossy and well-coated, then sprinkle black sesame seeds before serving.
