Main Ingredients
- 300g gapo squid
- 300g pork belly
Vegetables
- 100g cabbage
- 🧅 1/2 onion
- 1 green onion
- 2 green chilies
Seasoning
- 3 tbsp red pepper powder
- 4 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp red pepper paste
- 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 2 tbsp cooking wine
- 2 tbsp plum extract
- 2 tbsp anchovy sauce
- 🍬 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds
Marinade
- 🍬 1.5 tbsp sugar
- 2 tbsp cooking wine
- 🧂 2 pinches salt
- 2 pinches black pepper
SCHRITTE
Wash and cut vegetables into appropriate sizes (e.g., slice onion thinly, chop cabbage into squares, etc.).
Prepare 300g pork belly and 300g gapo squid. Clean the squid thoroughly.
Score the squid and cut it into 1cm pieces.
Marinate the squid with sugar and cooking wine for 10 minutes.
Mix the stir-fry sauce ingredients in a bowl.
Combine marinated squid with sliced onion and mix thoroughly.
Add the stir-fry sauce to the squid and mix well.
Cook the pork belly in a heated pan, seasoning with salt and pepper.
Set the cooked pork belly aside.
Stir-fry the marinated squid in the same pan.
Add the cooked pork belly, green onion, and green chilies to the pan and stir-fry briefly.
Turn off the heat and finish with sesame oil and sesame seeds.
