ZUTATEN
Main Ingredients
- 🍄 90g enoki mushrooms
- 🧅 1/4 onion, sliced
- 🌱 1 green onion, chopped
- 🥚 1 egg
- 🍚 1 serving of cooked rice
- A dash of sesame oil
Seasoning Ingredients
- 🧂 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 💧 1 tbsp water
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 🍬 1 tsp sugar
SCHRITTE
Trim the base of the enoki mushrooms, rinse lightly, and cut into thirds.
Slice the onion and chop the green onion into small pieces.
Mix soy sauce, water, mirin, and sugar to create the seasoning sauce.
Fry the egg in a pan and set aside.
Heat oil in a pan and sauté the onion until slightly softened.
Add the enoki mushrooms and stir-fry until they soften.
Pour the prepared seasoning sauce into the pan and let it simmer.
Add the chopped green onion, stir briefly, and turn off the heat.
Serve the cooked rice in a bowl, top with the enoki mushroom mixture and fried egg.
