SCHRITTE
Peel the eggplant, cut it in half, wrap it in plastic wrap, and microwave for 90 seconds.
Make cuts on the eggplant and spread it out flat.
Heat oil in a pan and fry the eggplant on both sides until golden brown over medium heat.
