- Rice - 🍚 200g cooked rice
 
- Vegetables - 🥕 A small amount of diced carrot
- 🧅 1/2 green onion, finely chopped
 
- Protein - 🐟 1 small can of tuna, drained
- 🥚 2 eggs
 
- Seasoning - 🧂 2-3 pinches of salt
- A small amount of olive oil
 
SCHRITTE
Finely chop the green onion and carrot. Place cooked rice in a large bowl, add drained tuna, chopped vegetables, eggs, and salt.
Mix all the ingredients thoroughly until the rice is evenly coated and not clumpy.
Preheat the electric waffle maker and lightly grease it with olive oil.
Place a portion of the rice mixture onto the waffle maker, close the lid, and cook for 1 minute.
Remove the rice waffle once cooked and repeat with the remaining mixture.
