SCHRITTE
Chop the cucumber, red paprika, and chicken breast into small pieces.
Heat the quinoa rice and mix it with the chopped ingredients, sesame oil, salt, and pepper.
Place the mixed rice into a sushi mold and shape it into a long roll. Heat a pan with oil, pour the beaten eggs, and place the rice roll onto the egg. Roll the egg around the rice.
Wrap the egg roll tightly with a sushi mat to secure it and let it cool slightly before slicing.
