- 200g all-purpose flour
 - 5g baking powder
 - 🧂 1/2 tsp salt
 - 🍬 20g sugar
 
Wet Ingredients
- 🧈 50g cold butter
 - 🥛 50ml milk or soy milk
 
SCHRITTE
Sift the all-purpose flour 1–2 times to remove lumps.
Cut the cold butter into small pieces using a scraper.
In a bowl, combine the flour, salt, sugar, and baking powder.
Add the butter pieces to the dry mixture.
Gradually add milk or soy milk and mix with a spoon until a rough dough forms.
Knead the dough gently with your hands until it comes together.
Place the dough on parchment paper and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 15 minutes.
Serve the biscuits warm, optionally with strawberry jam.
