- 🥔 2 medium potatoes, julienned
- 🧅 1 medium onion, julienned
- 1 bell pepper, julienned
Seasonings
- 2 tbsp sliced green onion
- 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 🧂 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp ground black pepper
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp sesame seeds
SCHRITTE
Peel and julienne the potatoes. Soak them in salted water to remove excess starch, then rinse with cold water and drain.
Julienne the onion and bell pepper to match the size of the potatoes. Slice the green onion diagonally.
Heat a pan with olive oil or cooking oil and start stir-frying the potatoes.
When the potatoes turn translucent, add minced garlic and onions. Stir-fry until fragrant.
Add bell pepper and green onion, then season with salt.
Turn off the heat and finish with ground black pepper, sesame oil, and sesame seeds.
