Main Ingredients
- 🍄 3 fresh shiitake mushrooms
- 50g glass noodles
- 🧅 1/2 onion, sliced
- 🥕 50g carrot, julienned
- 2 cabbage leaves, shredded
- 1 green onion, chopped
- 🧄 0.5 tbsp minced garlic
- A small amount of cooking oil
- 1/3 cup water
Mushroom Marinade
- 0.5 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp mirin
- A small amount of sesame oil
- A small amount of sesame seeds
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp plum syrup
- 1 tbsp corn syrup
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- A small amount of sesame seeds
- A small amount of black pepper
SCHRITTE
Prepare all ingredients by slicing and chopping as needed.
Marinate the shiitake mushrooms with soy sauce, mirin, sesame oil, and sesame seeds.
Boil the glass noodles for 10 minutes until soft, then drain.
Heat a pan with oil, sauté green onion and garlic until fragrant.
Add carrots, onions, mushrooms, and cabbage in sequence, stir-frying each for a few minutes.
Pour in water and add oyster sauce, soy sauce, plum syrup, and corn syrup. Stir well.
Add the boiled noodles and simmer for 5 minutes to absorb flavors.
Finish with sesame seeds, black pepper, and sesame oil. Serve over rice.
