    • 💧 1/3 cup water
    • 1 tbsp corn syrup
    • 2 tbsp plum extract
    • 3 tbsp soy sauce
    • 1 tbsp oyster sauce
    • 1 chili pepper
    • A pinch of sesame seeds
    • 1/2 tbsp sesame oil

Cut the potatoes into 8 pieces and soak them in water for 10 minutes to remove starch.

Heat cooking oil in a frying pan and sauté chopped green onion and garlic over low heat.

Add the potatoes to the pan once the aroma of garlic and onion is released. Cook over medium-low heat.

Add water, corn syrup, plum extract, oyster sauce, and soy sauce. Simmer until the potatoes are tender. Adjust water as needed.
