- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
- 🧅 2 tbsp chopped green onion
- 🧄 1/3 tsp minced garlic
- 1 tbsp perilla oil
SCHRITTE
Clean and trim the soybean sprouts, then boil them until tender.
Slice the green onion thinly and prepare 1/3 tsp of minced garlic.
Rinse the boiled soybean sprouts twice in cold water and drain well.
Mix the soybean sprouts with red pepper flakes, salt, perilla oil, green onion, and garlic. Toss gently to combine.
