- 180g cake flour

SCHRITTE
Mix softened cream cheese and butter until smooth. Gradually add sugar while mixing. Add eggs one at a time, then mix in vanilla extract.
Sift cake flour at least twice and add it to the mixture. Fold gently using a spatula in a '井' motion.
Pour the batter into a mold and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 25–30 minutes.
