- 🌽 160g canned corn
- 🧅 20g finely chopped onion
- 🧀 100g mozzarella cheese
- 🥪 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 🧂 0.5 tbsp sugar
- 🧈 1 tbsp butter
- 🧂 A pinch of black pepper
- 🌿 A pinch of parsley flakes
SCHRITTE
Drain the canned corn using a sieve.
Finely chop 20g of onion.
Mix the corn, onion, mayonnaise, sugar, and black pepper in a bowl.
Add 1 tbsp of butter to the mixture and mix well.
Add mozzarella cheese and parsley flakes to the mixture.
Microwave the mixture until the cheese melts.
Slice the croissants in half horizontally.
Fill the croissants generously with the corn cheese mixture and sprinkle parsley flakes on top.
