ZUTATEN
Main Ingredients
- 🥚 2 eggs
 - 2 handfuls of chives
 - 🍚 1 bowl of cooked rice
 - 🧂 1 pinch of salt
 - 1.5 tbsp oyster sauce
 
SCHRITTE
Beat the eggs with a pinch of salt until well mixed.
Add the chives to the beaten eggs and chop them finely. Mix well.
Heat a pan with cooking oil and cook the egg-chive mixture into a scramble over medium heat.
Add the cooked rice to the pan and stir-fry over medium heat.
Add oyster sauce and stir-fry until the rice is evenly coated. Increase the heat to high for 30 seconds to enhance the flavor, then turn off the heat.
Transfer to a plate and serve.
