    • 4 tbsp vinegar
    • 2 tbsp soy sauce
    • 🍬 6 tbsp sugar
    • 1 tbsp oyster sauce

Prepare all the ingredients.

Chop the vegetables (carrot, onion, cucumber).

Heat oil in a pan and fry the chicken nuggets until golden brown.

In a pot, combine water, vinegar, soy sauce, sugar, and oyster sauce.

Once the sauce ingredients are dissolved, add the chopped vegetables.

Bring the sauce to a boil and gradually add the starch mixture to thicken.
