Main Ingredients
- 🍗 600g chicken breast, minced
- 2 green chilies, finely chopped
- 🥬 1 handful of cabbage, boiled and chopped
- 🥕 1/4 carrot, finely chopped
- 🍄 1 shiitake mushroom, finely chopped
- 50g chives, finely chopped
- 🧅 1/2 onion, finely chopped
Seasonings
- 🧂 15ml soy sauce
- 🧂 15g salt
- 5ml sesame oil
- 15g doenjang (fermented soybean paste)
- 15ml cooking wine
- A pinch of black pepper
SCHRITTE
Finely mince 600g of chicken breast using a knife or food processor.
Finely chop all vegetables: green chilies, cabbage (boiled and squeezed), carrot, shiitake mushroom, chives, and onion.
Combine all minced ingredients in a mixing bowl.
Add seasonings (soy sauce, salt, sesame oil, doenjang, cooking wine, and black pepper) to the bowl and mix thoroughly.
Heat a pan with a small amount of olive or cooking oil and cook the patties on low heat until golden brown on both sides.
Serve the patties on a plate. Optionally, pair with mashed sweet potatoes or calorie-free sauce for a balanced meal.
Wrap leftovers in plastic wrap and store in the fridge or freezer. Thaw thoroughly before reheating.
