Main Ingredients
- 🍗 2 pieces chicken breast
- 1 handful shishito peppers
Seasonings and Aromatics
- 🧅 2 stalks green onion
- 1 piece ginger
- 15 whole black peppercorns
- 🧄 3 cloves garlic
- 5 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp oligosaccharide
- 2 tbsp rice wine
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 2 cups broth
SCHRITTE
Add water, green onion, ginger, garlic, and black peppercorns to a pot.
Boil the chicken breast in the pot for 10 minutes, skimming off any foam.
Reserve the boiling water as broth and add soy sauce, oligosaccharide, and rice wine.
Shred the boiled chicken breast and add it to the broth mixture.
Simmer the chicken in the broth until it thickens slightly.
Add shishito peppers and stir gently before serving.
