  • Main Ingredients

    • 🍗 150g chicken breast
    • 🍚 200g cooked rice
    • 🧅 1 stalk green onion
    • 1 chili pepper
    • 🥚 1 egg
    • 2 tbsp cooking oil
    • 1 tbsp oyster sauce
    • 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
    • 1 tsp sesame seeds
  • Seasoning Ingredients

    • 1 tbsp soy sauce
    • 1/2 tbsp sugar
    • 1 tbsp minced garlic
    • 1/2 tsp black pepper
    • 1 tbsp cooking wine

Slice the green onion and finely chop the chili pepper. Prepare the chicken breast by slicing it into strips about 0.7cm thick.

Marinate the chicken breast with soy sauce, sugar, minced garlic, black pepper, and cooking wine. Mix well and let it sit for a few minutes.

Beat the egg thoroughly and set aside.

Heat a pan over high heat for 3 minutes, then lower to medium heat. Add 1 tbsp of cooking oil and scramble the egg until 80% cooked. Remove and set aside.

Wipe the pan clean, maintain high heat, and add another tbsp of cooking oil. Stir-fry the green onion and chili pepper for 1 minute.

Add the marinated chicken breast to the pan and stir-fry over medium heat for 4–5 minutes until fully cooked.

Add the cooked rice to the pan and mix well. Season with oyster sauce and stir in the scrambled egg.

Finish with sesame oil and mix thoroughly. Plate the fried rice and garnish with sesame seeds and reserved scrambled egg.
