    • 🍗 1 medium-sized chicken breast can (135g)
    • 🌱 Some green onion or scallion
    • 🧅 1/2 onion
  • Sauce

    • 🧂 1 tbsp soy sauce
    • 1 tbsp oyster sauce
    • 🍬 1 tbsp sugar
    • 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
    • 🌾 1 tbsp sesame oil
    • 💧 4 tbsp water

Prepare all ingredients.

Mix all sauce ingredients: soy sauce, oyster sauce, sugar, minced garlic, sesame oil, and water.

Thinly slice the onion.

Slice the green onion into thin strips. For straight strips, slice along the grain; for curly strips, slice against the grain.

Chop the remaining green onion for stir-frying.

Heat a generous amount of oil in a pan over low heat and stir-fry the green onion.

When the green onion changes color slightly, add the sliced onion.

Add the chicken breast can and the prepared sauce to the pan.

Stir-fry over medium heat until the liquid evaporates, then add 1/2 cup of water.

Simmer until the sauce thickens and coats the chicken evenly.

Plate the chicken and garnish with the drained green onion strips.
