ZUTATEN
- Protein - 🍗 200g chicken breast
 
- Seasoning - 1 tbsp sake
- 🧂 To taste salt and pepper
 
- Vegetables - 1/2 pack pea sprouts
- 🧄 1 clove garlic, sliced
- To taste sliced chili
 
- Oil - 2 tsp salad oil
 
- Sauce - 1/2 tsp Japanese dashi powder
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp mirin
 
SCHRITTE
Cut chicken breast into bite-sized pieces and season with sake, salt, and pepper.
Trim the roots of the pea sprouts and cut them in half. Slice the garlic thinly.
Heat salad oil, garlic, and chili in a frying pan over low heat until fragrant. Add chicken and cook over medium heat until the color changes.
Add pea sprouts and cook until softened. Stir in the sauce ingredients (dashi powder, soy sauce, sake, mirin) and mix well to finish.
