ZUTATEN
Main Ingredients
- 🍗 5 pieces chicken tenderloin
 - 🥬 6 leaves cabbage
 - 🧅 1/2 onion
 - 🧅 1 handful chopped green onion
 - 🧄 1 tbsp sliced garlic
 - 2-3 tbsp cooking oil
 - 3 tbsp soy sauce
 - 1.5 tbsp chili powder
 - 1 tbsp oligosaccharide syrup
 - 1-2 green chili peppers
 - 1 pinch black pepper
 - 🧂 1 pinch salt
 - 1 tbsp sesame oil
 
Chicken Marinade
- 1 tbsp rice wine
 - 1 pinch black pepper
 
SCHRITTE
Cut chicken tenderloin into bite-sized pieces and marinate with rice wine and black pepper.
Slice cabbage and onion into bite-sized pieces.
Heat cooking oil in a pan over low heat and sauté chopped green onion and sliced garlic until fragrant.
Increase heat to high and stir-fry the marinated chicken for about 2 minutes.
Add onion and stir-fry for 30 seconds.
Add cabbage and stir-fry until softened.
Add soy sauce and mix well.
Add chili powder and syrup, then stir to combine.
Add sliced green chili peppers and stir-fry for 1 minute.
Season with black pepper and salt to taste.
Drizzle sesame oil and mix well before serving.
Serve over steamed rice and enjoy your chicken and cabbage stir-fry rice bowl.
