ZUTATEN

- 🍗 250g chicken thigh
 
Vegetables
- 🥬 650g cabbage
 - 🧄 1 clove garlic
 
Seasoning
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
 - Pinch of pepper
 - 1 tbsp olive oil
 - Chopped parsley, as needed
 
Sauce Ingredients
- 1 tbsp sake
 - 2 tsp soy sauce
 - 🍅 400g canned tomatoes
 - 1 tsp consomme
 - 💧 50ml water
 
SCHRITTE
Cut the cabbage into 3cm wide pieces and mince the garlic.
Cut the chicken into bite-sized pieces and season with salt and pepper.
Heat olive oil and garlic in a frying pan over low heat until fragrant, then add chicken and stir-fry over medium heat until the color changes.
Add the cabbage stems and stir-fry for about 1 minute.
Add the sauce ingredients and cabbage leaves, bring to a boil, stir, cover, and simmer on low heat for 10 minutes.
Serve on a plate and sprinkle with chopped parsley.
