- 🥦 1 cup broccoli, blanched and chopped

SCHRITTE
Blanch the broccoli in boiling water and chop it finely.
Dice the bell pepper and ham into small pieces.
Combine the chopped broccoli, bell pepper, ham, and mozzarella cheese in a bowl.
Add 2–3 tablespoons of flour and 1 egg to the mixture and stir until a batter forms.
Season the batter with salt or curry powder based on preference.
Heat vegetable oil in a pan and spoon the batter into small pancake shapes.
Cook the pancakes until golden brown on both sides.
