ZUTATEN
- Meat - 200g sliced pork
 
- Vegetables - 🥦 1/2 head broccoli
- 🥕 1/2 carrot
 
- Seasoning - 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
- 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
 
- Sauces - 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tbsp gochujang
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
 
SCHRITTE
Cut broccoli into bite-sized florets. Slice carrot into 5mm half-moon pieces.
Season pork with salt and pepper.
Heat sesame oil in a pan over medium heat. Add pork and stir-fry until the color changes. Add carrots and stir-fry until softened.
Add broccoli to the pan and stir-fry briefly. Cover with a lid and steam on low heat for 2 minutes.
Add the sauce ingredients (sake, soy sauce, gochujang, mayonnaise) and stir-fry briefly to combine.
