    • 🍄 7-8 button mushrooms

    • 1.5 tbsp corn syrup
    • A pinch of black pepper
    • 1 tbsp sesame oil
    • A pinch of sesame seeds
    • 1 tbsp cooking oil

    • 2 tbsp vinegar
    • 🧂 1/3 tbsp salt

Cut the broccoli into bite-sized pieces, removing the stems if preferred.

Slice the mushrooms and crab sticks into bite-sized pieces. Slice garlic into thin pieces.

Soak the broccoli in a bowl of water with 2 tbsp vinegar for 3-5 minutes.

Rinse the broccoli several times with clean water and drain.

Boil water, add 1/3 tbsp salt, and blanch the broccoli for 1 minute. Drain and set aside.

Heat cooking oil in a pan over low heat and sauté the garlic until fragrant.

Add the blanched broccoli, mushrooms, and crab sticks to the pan. Stir-fry over medium heat.

Add oyster sauce, corn syrup, and black pepper. Stir-fry until the liquid is almost evaporated.

Finish with sesame oil and sesame seeds. Mix well.
