Prepare the ingredients by cutting potatoes and onions into large chunks and slicing shishito peppers in half.

Heat 2 tbsp of cooking oil in a pan and sauté the potatoes until slightly browned.

While the potatoes are cooking, mix soy sauce, corn syrup, and minced garlic to create the seasoning sauce.

Add onions, anchovy stock, and the prepared seasoning sauce to the pan with the potatoes. Simmer until the potatoes are fully cooked.

Once the potatoes are tender, add the shishito peppers and stir-fry to your preferred texture.

Finish by adding sesame oil, honey, and a generous amount of sesame seeds. Mix well and serve.
