SCHRITTE
Prepare the bok choy by trimming the base and separating the leaves.
Boil water and add 1 tsp of salt.
Blanch the bok choy in boiling water for 30 seconds.
Rinse the bok choy in cold water 1–2 times and squeeze out excess water.
Mix soybean paste, minced garlic, chopped green onion, sesame oil, and sesame seeds in a bowl.
Toss the bok choy with the seasoning mixture until evenly coated.
