ZUTATEN
Meat
- 1 bowl ground pork
 
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
 - 1 tbsp soy sauce
 - 1/2 tsp black pepper
 
Vegetables
- 100 ml chopped red paprika
 - 100 ml chopped yellow paprika
 - 🧅 100 ml chopped onion
 - 🧅 100 ml chopped green onion
 - 🍄 100 ml chopped king oyster mushroom
 
Sauce
- 1 tbsp cooking oil
 - 1 tbsp oyster sauce
 - 2 tbsp corn syrup
 
SCHRITTE
Heat a pan and add 1 tbsp sesame oil. Stir-fry 1 bowl of ground pork with 1 tbsp soy sauce and 1/2 tsp black pepper.
Prepare 100 ml each of chopped red paprika, yellow paprika, onion, green onion, and king oyster mushroom.
Heat a pan with 1 tbsp cooking oil and stir-fry green onion and mushrooms first.
Add the remaining vegetables and 1/2 tsp salt. Stir-fry for 5 minutes.
Add the cooked pork to the pan and mix well.
Add 1 tbsp oyster sauce and mix well.
Add 2 tbsp corn syrup and stir-fry until the dish becomes glossy and slightly sweet.
