    • 130g somen noodles
  • Vegetables

    • 100g leafy greens
    • 6 slices pickled radish
  • Sauce

    • 2 tbsp chili powder
    • 0.5 tbsp gochujang
    • 2 tbsp vinegar
    • 1 tbsp anchovy sauce
    • 1 tbsp soy sauce
    • 🧄 0.5 tbsp minced garlic
    • 2 tbsp oligosaccharide
    • 🧂 0.5 tbsp sugar
    • 1 tbsp sesame oil
    • 0.5 tbsp sesame seeds

Wash leafy greens and slice them into 1cm strips. Slice pickled radish into similar lengths.

Prepare the sauce in a large mixing bowl by combining chili powder, gochujang, minced garlic, soy sauce, vinegar, anchovy sauce, sugar, oligosaccharide, sesame oil, and sesame seeds. Mix well.

Add the prepared vegetables to the sauce and mix thoroughly.

Boil water in a pot and cook the somen noodles. When the water boils over, add 1 cup of cold water three times while stirring to ensure chewy noodles.

Combine the cooked noodles with the seasoned vegetables and mix well.

Serve the mixed noodles in a bowl and optionally top with cooked meat.
