- 🧅 2 stalks green onion, chopped
- 🧄 3 cloves garlic, minced

- 2 tbsp soy sauce

- 1/2 tsp black pepper
Broth
- 💧 6 cups water
SCHRITTE
Heat a pot over medium heat and sauté the beef brisket until browned.
Add the sliced radish and minced garlic to the pot and stir for 2–3 minutes.
Pour in 6 cups of water and bring to a boil.
Reduce heat to low and simmer for 40 minutes.
Season the soup with soy sauce, salt, and black pepper.
Add chopped green onions and cook for an additional 5 minutes.
