- 🥩 150g sliced beef
 
Vegetables
- 🥬 6 leaves of sunny lettuce
 - 1/2 yellow bell pepper, sliced
 
Oil
- 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
 
Beef Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sake
 - 🧂 Pinch of salt
 - 🧄 1/2 tsp grated garlic
 - 1 tbsp cornstarch
 
Sauce
- 1 1/2 tbsp oyster sauce
 - 1 tsp soy sauce
 - Pinch of pepper
 
SCHRITTE
In a bowl, mix the beef with sake, salt, grated garlic, and cornstarch. Massage the mixture well.
Tear the sunny lettuce into bite-sized pieces. Remove seeds and stem from the yellow bell pepper, then slice thinly.
Heat sesame oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the beef and stir-fry until the color changes. Add the yellow bell pepper and stir-fry for about 1 minute. Add the oyster sauce, soy sauce, and pepper, then mix well.
Add the sunny lettuce and stir-fry briefly until just wilted.
