ZUTATEN
Main Ingredients
- 🥩 300g beef
 - 1 bag bean sprouts
 - 🧅 4-5 stalks green onion
 
Seasonings
- 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
 - 1.5 tbsp oyster sauce
 - 1 tbsp chili oil
 - 🧂 a pinch of salt
 - a pinch of black pepper
 
SCHRITTE
Heat canola oil over low heat and add minced garlic before the oil gets hot. Stir-fry until garlic becomes translucent.
Add beef cut into bite-sized pieces, season with salt and black pepper, and stir-fry until almost cooked.
When the beef is nearly cooked, add the bean sprouts on top.
Add oyster sauce and chili oil, then stir-fry everything together.
Add green onion cut into 3cm pieces and cook briefly.
Finish cooking with a quick stir and serve over warm rice.
