ZUTATEN
Meat
- 🐖 150g sliced pork
 
Vegetables
- 🥬 3 leaves cabbage (285g)
 - 🥕 1/3 carrot (60g)
 - 1/2 bag bean sprouts
 
Oil
- 2 tsp sesame oil
 
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sake
 - 1 tbsp soy sauce
 - 1/2 tbsp oyster sauce
 - 🧄 1/3 tsp grated garlic
 - 🧂 Pinch of pepper
 
SCHRITTE
Cut the cabbage into bite-sized pieces, thinly slice the core, and prepare the carrot by slicing it diagonally and cutting into thirds.
Mix all the seasoning ingredients (☆) in a bowl.
Heat sesame oil in a frying pan and stir-fry the pork over medium heat.
Once the pork changes color, add the carrot and stir-fry for about 1 minute. Then add the cabbage and bean sprouts, cooking until softened.
Add the prepared sauce and stir-fry everything together until well combined.
