SCHRITTE

Mix all the seasoning ingredients (soy sauce, garlic, chili powder, gochujang, sugar, cooking wine) in a bowl.

Blanch the bean sprouts in boiling water with a pinch of salt, then rinse under cold water and drain.

Finely mince the carrot.

Heat vegetable oil in a pan and sauté the chopped green onion until fragrant.

Add the minced carrot to the pan and stir-fry together.

Add the prepared seasoning mixture to the pan and stir-fry thoroughly.

Add the cooked rice to the pan and stir-fry until the seasoning is evenly distributed.
